When you order one box, shipping is a flat $4.95 anywhere in the World.

When you order two boxes or more, shipping is FREE! Which is why most first time customers will order 2 boxes. You save on shipping and can cheer your family or friends with one extra box. Also you doubling your chances of falling in love with our products.

Whole shipping process, from the day we receive the order to a moment our tea reaches your doors, takes 10 -15 days.

To ensure that our clients gets only fresh teas each and every time they order from us, we make all our teas by hand after payment is received.

If the item is out of stock, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to refill our inventories. If you expect to order a big volume, please contact us directly at Fancy Sip Support Team to get detailed information.

Return and Exchange Policy 

 At Fancy Sip, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 60 days of purchase date for an exchange, or refund. 

 For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:

    • Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • No later than 60 days from the actual date of purchase date.
    • Please contact our customer service at Fancy Sip Support Team.
    • Please provide pictures of broken parts when you contact Fancy Sip Support Team, along with your order ID.

 Please follow these steps when returning a product:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with the original receipt.
 Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
